In this community, homes are a warm place where Ranchers enjoy downtime and receive personal care in familiar surroundings. With separate housing for men and women, each of the 12 homes on the ranch accommodates 10 Ranchers, who have private bedrooms they personalize with their own furnishings and décor.

In-home care: Each home has a team of professional caregivers who ensure a caring, supportive environment for each individual and the group as a whole 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Caregivers are key to ensuring that everything happens on schedule, and that everyone’s needs are addressed.

Lifestyle: In a central, common area, residents gather for meals, socializing, watching TV or movies and other activities. Each home has its own culture that represents the personalities of those who live there. Inherently, the Ranchers become a “family” that celebrates birthdays and other life events together, shares common experiences, and looks out for one another along the way.

Amenities: Each home is equipped with a full kitchen where the Ranchers and caregivers prepare meals and snacks, a laundry room with a washer/dryer available for personal use, a large TV entertainment area with comfortable seating for everyone, and a desk and computer area for general use.
